Looking in the device manager it reads as an 8-core, which is a fact I was very much Ignorant to! There is a newer model of this item: No answer from them. It’s going to my billing address. Gaming computer purchased through Best Buy was under warranty. March 29, I was looking for a cutting edge deskyop. I have purchased multiple systems from Micro Center so I headed there to see what options they had. I was told there is an issue with their system that verifies purchase dates with the resellers and it would be a little later to get the RMA.
Now they say they won’t pay Filed numerous support tickets to help but issue after issue and I’m still having problems with it.
At least with Best Buy, you can return and get a full refund. You need them all to win. If you know it’s broken don’t sell it, if you still insist on selling it warn the customer of the known issues, doing anything less is false advertising and tantamount to robbery.
